for me, yes!
pro : huge range, has some utility with traps, good early game, free escape / position skill
against : you need to position yourself or you'll feel kinda useless

Oh yes. She is the best laning carry without any worry of being ganked. Gotta know how to use the traps though.

Good while the lane phase lasts.

Terrible duelist outside of lane. Every range carry in the game could beat her because she has no steroids. I find it's hard to farm if there's a turret missing, even if it's the enemy turret, because Vayne/trist/corki/ashe/sivir/ezreal/etc could easily pop out and KO me.
