I was just kind of curious about what sort of questions / knowledge you guys bring to the table? Is there anything in particular you deal with or are you supposed to just be general knowledge type individuals?

I'm just curious really, so I know when it's worthwhile to add @riotAmbassadors to the title of a thread or something.

Good questions! We will be answering most questions, related to LoL of course. We're not really a help desk, where you come to us with questions, but more of a seek and destroy question answering missile of awesomeness.

As epic as that sounds, it's worth mentioning that while we strive to have a presence anywhere we are needed, we may not get to everyone. Thank you ahead of time for your understanding
