Just practice and you'll get better and better with the skill shots. Item builds vary depending on ad/ap/hybrid. Keep note of your cd on e, it's important to get out of a fight or re-position yourself to chase/kill.

Without trying to sound too much like that guy...

...just go buy Cait and play her. Far better results, 1/4 the effort, 2X the utility. Really, Ezreal is really fun to play, but other carries can do what he does better...unless you are trying to go a really early game stomp team.
