3.) play lots of dominion--it's really good ezreal practice.
4.) when in doubt, build trinity force and play him as a jungler.

Learn to position yourself in lane and team fights. Learn to use E effectively in all situations.

Basically: Practice!

Get trinity force always.
Then black cleaver or Blood Thirster- depends.

Jungle ezreal works btw.

Take Q first, standard jungler runes, get a nice leash at blue, take his shift at lvl 2, and gank top.

pretty much guaranteed first blood since his Q hits like a truck early on.
