Very fun and all, but I've sorta looked everywhere. But I can't find any link for using the tribunal? Is it just me or what ?

I don't believe he meant "easy" in terms of actions required but rather it being in no obvious location. It wouldn't be difficult to fathom there's a chunk of people out there who don't realize The Tribunal even exists seeing as though it isn't lumped together with the rest of the common links at the top of the page. An intended effect from what I hear.
