Quick Question About Jungle "Nerf"

Why is everyone saying it wont make the game more aggressive?, junglers can now stay in jungle instead of ganking sure. But that means lanes wont have to worry so much about ganks *junglers like tryn i can see alomst never leaving till build is done or close to :P*

So by warding your making the jungler NOT want to gank you at all unless your at the enime tower, i know for sure i would rather stay in jungle then gank a lane thats warded *unless, their at my teams tower, then i need to dive in or leave knowing i wasted time*.

Also, just thought of it, wouldnt this make buying pink wards, or lane-oracles more apealing aswell to counter their wards and help your jungler?

ganks are the most aggressive part of the laning phase. Basically what this means is less ganks=less aggression. That's what bothers us

The new Jungle completely punishes the jungler for not being in the jungle if he doesnt secure the kill on who ever is getting ganked, and just blowing their flash isnt good enough anymore because you will now be behind the enemy jungler. The ganks from what I understand will literally have to be already completely set up for you before you even get there because anytime wasted out side of the jungle is time that you are further and further behind. The new jungle also makes counter jungling less of an appealing option because of the new respond rates.

TL;DR Junglers are now punished for any acct of aggression if it doesnt end in a champion kill.

As a jungler you really rely on Wriggles and one Ward. You want to ward your red and blue. You don't get a lot of gold as a jungler, 125 gold for a Pink ward and 75 for a Green....

Also its not a nerf. It's a dynamic changer... if anything this is a buff.

One could argue that a main deterrent to pushing your lane/being aggressive is the threat of a jungler ganking you; by increasing the relative cost of this action, it stands to follow that the value of pushing one's lane/being aggressive increases.

My 2c. There are obviously many angles at which one could approach the upcoming changes.

the reduced creep dmg could also bring out more aggression. victory upon character skill not creep dmg.

Just popping flash was a huge bonus for junglers because it allowed their lane to be more aggressive even if the initial gank doesnt land a kill. Now if the jungler doesn't guarantee a kill it would seem that he would be put further behind. This seems like rather then promoting aggressiveness it will promote further passivity due to the lack of incoming ganks from the jungle.

The problem I see with this is that there are characters that are immensely strong in the pre-level 6 area. Depending on how much the minions are to be nerfed, this could result in a situation where someone who would normally have to play around the presence of minions and at least to some extent let you farm can instead dive the minions immediately and maul your face repeatedly, which would, in turn, make it even harder for you to farm than normal. What I think irritates people is that this will significantly shift the meta from what they are comfortable with.

With the new masteries, junglers are able to carry games harder than ever, trying to gank and not getting a kill easily means losing out on exp and gold because there ARE monsters up because of the new respawn timers. The other jungler would be killing neutrals while you just made a fail gank, sure you popped their flashes and your bottom laners are better thanks to that, but the gold and exp the other jungler has above you might not be worth it, especially since junglers are a lot more powerful with the new masteries (and from experience, are carrying games more than the designated bottom carry).
