I play a lot of solo lanes and I really like the idea of dodge, but I heard the runes were supposed to be refunded on the 25th of December and they were. I am thinking of purchasing them in the store but before I do I have some questions to ask.
1. Are they still reworking dodge?
2. If I buy them now and they rework dodge will I get refund?
3. is it a store glitch? (since I haven't bought any yet because i am saving for kog'maw and they are pretty pricey.)

they said you can rebuy them again untill the patch, then they will refund again...

doesn't make sense to me, riot sometimes...

They'll be refunded a second time once we've completely removed dodge from the rest of the game,at which point you'll no longer be able to buy dodge runes either. A two refund approach has been used so that people who wanted to get their IP back to use on other things as soon as possible could, while at the same time others are still able to use dodge runes right up until dodge is removed entirely.
