If u look in the shop, Alistar, Urgot, Fiddle sticks, Galio, and malzahar have some new artwork.

I duno maybe its the japanese art work?

Wonder if anything else is on the way

iirc, in the upcoming patch we'll be replacing the splash art and loading screen art for the champions/skins that now have tencent's store icon art.
i don't know of any plans to do this for any other champions at this time, but the possibility is always there i assume.

I really really really hate the Bird of Prey Anivia splash, it'll probably keep me from using that skin.

Eh. I like a lot of the chinese artwork, but not all of it. I'd rather have the option to switch back and forth. :/

maybe it has something to do with the new chinese holiday coming up
