Kennen is an obvious pick. Hard to counter. Chop and galio are exceptionally flexible as well.

If you want to counter GP, pick panth. Shield > bullets. With shield you can beat pirate in lane fairly easily, or at least zone him and more or less free farm.

and then late game comes and gp has decent farm(all he needs) and he is 10x more usefull then panth

Just wanted to voice some love for Udyr. At the very beginning, you're even, but at levels 3/5 a single tiger hit pretty much means he's zoned from then on. Bear stance is great cuz it lets you catch him and he'll almost always burn a big chunk of mana to orange (and still end up getting the big tiger hit anyhow).

Cloth, 5 > Wriggles > Boots

Once you have wriggles, he can't touch you and you can zone him to oblivion (even assuming that he had as much or a bit more farm at that point).
