mouse-over names of champions in-game map

Are the names that come up when you mouse-over a player in the in-game map correct?
Some are the champ name:
Fiddlesticks shows up as Fiddlesticks, Ryze as Ryze

Some make a bit of sense:
Bowmaster, CardMaster, ArmsMaster, Lich

others make no sense:
Veigar is "Permission"

... see lower righthand corner (the minimap) of the screenshot.

They are what we call skin names which aren't always the actual display name of the champion. We have it on our list of things to fix.
