I think most of the champion spotlights are kinda outdated. I remember when I was just starting out i would watch the spotlights to choose who to try next.

I look back at the Kennen spotlight. . .I have never seen him jungle before.

Some champs need it. For example, Ezreal's spotlight is very out-dated.

I understand the sentiment of "Why haven't you made one for X champion?"

Honestly, a large part of it is that the old ones like Sivir are so bad and/or outdated that they detract from the game rather than add to it. TBH I should have gotten to Sivir back when she actually had her remake coming out, and I'll consider Shen when his significant buff/remake comes out if it's big enough to need it. Sivir had not only a terrible build, but a fully incorrect skill (post remake) and bad production quality.

You will see at least one more "repeat" spotlight in the near future, though. Same reason as Sivir: Outdated skill, etc.

I wouldn't say that out-dated Spotlights need a new one more but I think they should be prioritized based on how much the champ was changed.

So personally, I would have done a new Ezreal spotlight before a Sivir one. But that's just me.

At the same time, unique champs should be high on the priority list. Cookie-cutter champs should be low on the list.
