I'm saying it: Last hitting is an archaic game mechanic

OK casuals ask Riot for addiotal special "noob" mode where you wont have to last hit nor play with anti-fun / hard to master champions.

I see one big problem here. The fact that the winning/pushing team will snowball very hard. It makes it more difficult for the loosing team to make a comeback.

reginald already stated that the game in its current state: with a couple early kills or stolen buffs or dragon (where both teams are rly good or equal) can decide a game. It already snowballs like crazy.

More to my point. Then add to what you said the fact the the more you push the more gold you get in comparison with what the loosing end is getting.

The way the game is right now it allows the loosing end to farm a little more safely than the enemy. Maybe to try to compensate for the fact that they're loosing and to create a gameplay where you still have a chance no matter what. Of course even with the proposed "danger zones" there's still that chance, it's just that it's now a lot lower.

And I agree with you when you say that the game already snowballs like crazy. But this global enhancers of income to the winning team will take this crazyness to insanaty.

- Tower's bounty decays. We all know that loosing towers is inevitable. Late game towers die in a few swings. When I kill an enemy tower early on I don't feel like a winner. My creeps will push further ahead and I will be in bigger danger. This isn't worth the X gold I get 5 minutes earlier than the enemy.
- Increase minions' hp. So when I push my lane and gather a big amount of friendly creeps I don't "drive a gold train" to the enemy.
- Increase tower attack speed and reduce the damage. Pushing my lane and holding my enemy under his tower (as intuitive as it seems) is wrong and is disadvantage for me. Tower damage is predictable (two tower hits on melee then you last hit/ hit, tower hit, then you last hit casters). Also make it so towers target enemies in cases where no creeps are attacking it. So when creep waves collide near tower, the tower doesn't ignore you while you decimate it.
- Revert the damage nerf of the minions. ATM you can as well rename them to "6 wagon gold train".

From one point killing minion waves is so easy. If it was harder and more time consuming then prob people would fight each other and take risks as it will be worth it.
So, bring back DotA minions and towers?

Dota minions and towers are far superior to LoLs.... LoL's towers are anti-fun

This is a fantastic proposal. Very thorough and well thought out. Good job, dude.

I forwarded this on to our live design team. Hopefully it inspires them. We shall see.

You might consider applying, too. Make your case in person.
