I like to go sheen, zhonya's, lichbane, rageblade/youmuu's. So I have huge AP and great auto to make a super late game hybrid. Most people just build pure AP has its superior early game.

I agree with lichbane/zhonyas. I also like to get mejais after sheen/boots, i always get a nice amount of stacks. then again my elo is not capped out yet so it might not be viable.

I get why teemo is hard to place on a team, but udyr, olaf, and XZ all become marginalized by teemo. So he can be a good counter and not always a face-palming experience. IMO, a good teemo with exhaust can disable any phys. carry long enough to tip the scale in their teams favor (points to late game AD/AS sion for example).

Why is Heimer on top when his grenade was nerfed? Was there a buff somewhere else? He was previously on T2, as I recall.

Elementz, it's probably been asked but can I get your thoughts on Singed and why he's not as effective as other tanks as Sion? I understand he's not as tanky, but he brings things to the battlefield that can be very helpful.

I agree he has his uses but he's not less tanky then Sion,, He's much more tanky and has his uses for pushing lanes and throwing out some great dps at the same time. It's just Sion's burst combined with a reliable stun puts him at a higher tier.
