Not a memory leak! The logging simply includes the amount of new memory allocated to the game since the last log message. So anything that happened between the ERROR and the message before it will be logged as a memory increase. The reason these are so large in the log is because these error messages are taking place during loading of the game.
I see that you implemented the fix Lucifiel found. Now that the problem has reoccurred can you go check your registry to verify that your changes haven't reverted?

Just played another game and checked the registry. As far as I can tell the changes have not reverted and the fix seems to be holding. I do get a stutter here and there, almost as if the game WANTS to drop fps, but then it checks the registry and thinks better of it. Don't know if you saw my post up top though because big caveat: if i skype or have anything else on in the background then the drop DOES happen, just much further down the line. It can happen so far down (45-50 minutes) in that it may seem like its gone entirely if the game doesn't take long enough.
