I see that you implemented the fix Lucifiel found. Now that the problem has reoccurred can you go check your registry to verify that your changes haven't reverted?
Just played another game and checked the registry. As far as I can tell the changes have not reverted and the fix seems to be holding. I do get a stutter here and there, almost as if the game WANTS to drop fps, but then it checks the registry and thinks better of it. Don't know if you saw my post up top though because big caveat: if i skype or have anything else on in the background then the drop DOES happen, just much further down the line. It can happen so far down (45-50 minutes) in that it may seem like its gone entirely if the game doesn't take long enough.

If anyone has the time and expertise(doesn't take much) to get me a process monitor log I would love to see one from a game where you experience problems. If you can minimize and get the exact time you experienced the problem that would be exceptionally good to help me pinpoint the area where the problem may have occurred.

You can read about using process monitor here:
http://blogs.technet.com/b/askperf/a...s-monitor.aspx

A couple notes on how you should use it:
Add the following filters:
Process Name contains League include
Process Name contains LOL include
Process Name contains rads include

Turn on Show Profiling Events

Once you run a game that experiences problems:
File -> Save -> Events in filter

Then upload it to an upload site like mediafire and post a link
http://www.mediafire.com/

This may give insight as to what exactly your computer may be doing that is causing the delay.

Seems to have something to do with this:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SystemC ertificates\ROOT\Certificates...\blob. I see buffer overflows occurring with a bunch of similar events.

I think it has something to do with the LOLclient.exe limiting the characters acceptable from the blob to 144, until it realizes that it is in binary and has 907 characters.

Yes, the site actually closed down iirc. Here is a link to the exact same guide but on a different forum:
