From Friday, July 23rd through Monday, July 26th, the Tribal Ryze, Infernal Mordekaiser, and Phantom Karthus skins will be available for 50% off.

Tribal Ryze skin (regularly 520 RP) will be only 260 RP!
Infernal Mordekaiser skin (regularly 520 RP) will be only 260 RP!
Phantom Karthus skin (regularly 460 RP) will be only 230 RP!

After Monday, July 26th, these skins will return to their regular prices. Click on the Skins tab in the Store to purchase these discounted skins.

The artwork for Tribal Ryze makes him look tan and muscular, in-game hes so pale! How disappointing. =(
