What happened to the Noxian parallel skin series that would compete with the Demacian Commandos?

Did Riot decide to scrap it to maximize profits just like how they killed off the Journal of Justice?

they wont be giving any old champs the commando skins, only the new noxus champs will get it i believe no proof of that just making an assumption seeing as how riven and talon recieved the skin but no other champ thats been out since the announcment got one

Personally I'm glad they're not releasing anymore psycho-rangers skins. They look terrible.

Though Swain will probably get one, since the swain community has been complaining about not getting a new one, and he is the leader of the black rose or whatever it was called.

i believe a rioter (i want to say ironstylus) was talking about this the other day and said he couldn't say much about it but that the skin team had not forgotten about the crimson elite skins and that there will be some "soon" but we know how long that can be

Black Rose =/= Crimson Elite.
