Cassiopeia is extremely easy to pentakill with. The first one I got with her I had only attacked 3 of the champions.

Katarina, Yi, Ryze, Mordekaiser, Karthus, Tryndamere.. I think those are the strongest candidates for chances of getting pentakill..

Anyways, the truth is.. YOU SHOULD NEVER AIM FOR PENTAKILL, it comes if it comes.. Just focus on killing enemies and dealing as much damage as possible, NOT last hitting them. Sh!t like that will only cause you to reserve your spells, and that reduces the strength of your team.
