as much as i loathe riot for randomly breaking things all willy~nilly every other day, i do love how u reds come and ask questions FOR THE ANSWERS, and not just to keep face with the crowd.

It can be super bad, but go play some other popular multiplayer games and look at the consistency.

I played competitive FPS and Fighters when I was younger, and those typically house toxic communities. Some of the stuff I can see there stuns me, and I have a pretty thick skin

We've made a few, but since the community is growing pretty fast, forums get harder and harder to track. Obviously, I can't be on the forums full-time, but as the community gets larger it only decreases the ratio of Riot/Non-Riot posts. I think there needs to be a more major solution, and I think Tamat is exploring stuff in this direction.

Ya I don't understand why people complain LoL has the worst gaming community. I've played many games on all consoles and the PC and from what I've gathered LoL is fairly mild. Especially for a larger community.

I've played games where everyone knows each other because there's only like 1000 people playing online at a time. Those are fun because nobody is an outright ******.

But LoL with its millions of players doesn't have the anonymous hate-mongering FPSs or popular RTSs have all the time with no feedback from developers.

Haha, no. I'm actually way better at FPS than I am other types of games (including MOBA!)...I have good twitch and reflexes.

Well it depends on how you view what the community is. For fps games I can mute my entire team and never actually have to speak to them because anyone with half a brain can figure out shoot enemy. I have never actually had to care about a guy raging or anything because it usually has no effect on the outcome. LoL is the first moba I have ever seen so I will take people's word for it that it gets worse but I have never been so consistently disappointed in how people handle things. All that aside at least we know you guys care about your community because good lord I will never have a chance to speak to any of the people i throw $60 at.
