Voyboy ghosting TSM

Here is the story.

Voyboy quits the game after all the champions are selected. He claimed his runes were not working correctly. Meanwhile, TSM was talking about sending Dyrus bottom on their streams. Eventually the game started. Dyrus went bottom and so did Voyboy. It's believed that Voyboy was listening to TSM streams and looking at Dyrus rune page. Coincidence?

Bad on Voyboy or not - Dyrus should just stop streaming or put a massive delay

He has 5 cpus right now. He can ghost all of them at the same time if he wanted.
