Riven is about as broken as her sword.

Her solo top is actually one of the hardest solo tops to fight against.
Considering that she can kangaroo at least a full lane back, while minimizing all the damage she can take.
The passive shouldn't even be stackable, a jungle riven with red and a full stacked passive can gank a lane with ease, even easier with the addition of the kangaroo jumps.

Yes, she has low range spells.
Yes, she is weak against champs like Cait, Graves, or ez.

Something has to be done to bring her down a tier, at most.

I never even see Riven. She seems ok I guess, but against the bulkier solo tops she just gets shut down without a fight.

Only tanks are her problem, while she can take down any other champ by just sitting in the bush and spamming the same basic combo.

She also has absolutely no sustain, think about that when countering riven.

Longest range riven can bunny hop is about 1000 units. By using Q three times and E once.

That';s hardly a full lane.

Riven is a good solo top, but she's no more "broken" than Fizz when you put it like that. At least she doesn't become untargetable while doing her jumps (going off topic here, but trying to make a point).

She's squishy overall unless you build her off tank, but more importantly a slow affects how far her jumps go, and you need to take that into account when trying to chase/escape her

Riven Bunny Skin.
They put it on the skin selection, and the splash art is pretty hawt.
(they removed it tho)...

but its coming out soon for sure! (easter)
