Apologies for posting "this thread" again, but I was just so excited. While running normal draft with some friends, we ran into RiotSilver on Lee Sin.

I don't want to post the screenshot because I made a fool of myself double jungling on Mundo. XD But anyway, just thought I would express my excitement at getting crushed by a rioter.

I assume I play vs a Rioter when the user has 8 ping, no matter what the name is.

Can you even get that low without playing from... "TEH OFFICE"?

I never have and likely never will... Unless there are Rioters that do nothing but screw around in bot games. :P

The University nearby has extremely low ping as well.
