If your report was deemed acceptable by the Tribunal committee, you will gain 100 IP back.

However, if your report was rejected as frivolous, you will lose all the IP.

Also give an option in the Tribunal to count a person's report as acceptable/useless.

This way people will actually think before reporting instead of spamming reports out of kiddy rage when they lose a game.

People would get IP really fast then. Considering 94% of people in the Tribunal are suspended/banned, people would just spend all their IP reporting others. Especially since everyone (don't lie) has done something mean in this game.

I'd probably go with a smaller IP return on being right (or I would if Riot hadn't nerfed our IP gains), but I like the idea.
