What I said in last thread: It's a Niche item that fulfills a very specific function and is perfectly viable in that function to counter certain characters. It's also quite cost efficient I believe, generally a pretty darn good item. The only reason nobody buys it is because it doesn't build into anything useful, it's not worth wasting an item slot on usually.

Buy it as a counter-pick item.

Hope that riot lets it build into something in the future. Don't get it every game.

Except that it doesnt build into anything. Also, Lifesteal is dependent on AD.. You cant build this and get AD at same time so.. if build Ex calling and you get behind.. period.

It's a counterbuild item. Warwick, Sion, Healers, Mundo, AP Yi (if you don't have a disable), etc

Jungle twitch. Every game. Double heal soraka lane my ass.

And TBH I can see taking it on any AD carry if you're against a soraka.
