All your referrals transfer over, but only level 10 referrals count toward big rewards. You still get 250 ip for all level 5 referrals. Also, the system still tracks your level 5s and once they hit level 10 will be counted toward big rewards.

We did put a statement on the page where you choose to stay or go. But we will actively add your rewards that you earned in the old program to your account if for any reason you didn't redeem it before switching.

umm.... i clicked on continue the old program... just to see what's different between the two...

and now I can only go with the old one...

any chance I can change to the new one?

This new system needs to be fixed. A lot of people losing IP boosts, referrals... We want our points and referrals...

If for some reason, I didn't redeem the senior recruiter because I just didn't feel like it or don't want it as a title, Would switching to the new system force the badge/title onto my account?

I' didin't read the new system and i kindaaah clicked on it tottaly retarded for me not to read it first but then after when i red it i' think i'd like to use the old one is there a way i can' switch back!?!??
