I'm not dodging, I'm really not able to talk about cadence, at least not specific cadence. Thing is, sometimes things change, disrupting cadence whether it be planned or perceived. Galio wasn't planned to be as awesome, but he became so. Same with Ezreal.
Understandably people are upset and entitled to be. However, regardless we still must be steadfast and adhere to the benchmarks that quantify our quality bar.
As for stealth or any other feature, this isn't at all like those. Morello can and has spoken to those points. Equating this situation with any other feature release isn't really valid as it simply isn't a 1:1 relationship.
