Nalif, it appears that you have the Ryze skin, but do not have any other pre-order content. There should be another code on a piece of paper in the box not specific to Gamestop that can be used to claim the remaining content.

Yes, I have two codes. One for the Ryze skin, the other for the collector's pack. The Ryze skin code worked - the collector's pack code does not. It gives an error saying it's already in use

I pre-order digitally back in July...when I enter my invoice # and zip code i'm also getting the "redemption code already in use".

I've emailed support, but they've been unable to help so far. Since nothing from the pre-order "perks" is actually working yet, is there a way to tell if I'm getting my 200%+ experience, at least?!?!
