Part of IP development (something we're working a lot to improve!) is cohesion. Demacia is the Law and Order faction that believes heavily in justice, so characters that rotate around that theme should come from there, unless part of the character arch is that they're such an exception (in which case you need a good baseline to build a juxtaposition off of).
While I like the League IP quite a bit, could you comment on the rash of Vengeance Quests these days?
Why are there no more proactive
quests, and characters with visible goals for the future or simply lives outside a particular defining moment in their past?
