Cause after one QQ of his sustain people were complaining how unkillable he is late game and how his kit is so broken, even though it has 4 skills instead of 7 like most new champions. That nerf to his Q weakened his late game a lot, nerfing it means less sustain and damage for him late game meaning, tankiness, Damage output and dueling power got hit pretty hard. standard math, late game they took 80 damage from his Q as well as 70 Health recovered.
320*0.80=256 Health gained back
400*0.80=320 healed back
Now factor in MR and the heal and damage is even less.
