I think he might have been before your time, IronStylus, but in your opinion, where would Twitch rate on the creature success-fail meter? Just curious.

Like, in my mind, his appearance suggests a kind of foreigner who survives by theft and skulduggery, but his abilities feel like he has some kind of supernatural power over poisons, or he's some kind of DIY chemical mixer, meanwhile his voice personality is like Templeton from Charlotte's Web, just giggling and loving filth.
