This is actually the use of Aether which most directly influenced my choice in names. I always envisioned it as cobalt (cf. my favorite color). Kennen's Mark of the Storm fit perfectly from an aesthetic perspective, making my avatar choice really obvious too.

Great question - the answer is "a bit of everything", which admittedly sounds like a cop-out. It's true, though - I assist our coordinators on a lot of projects. At this point, I've worked on at least one project with everyone in the community team!
