Why do people play her? She seems to be able to do nothing in teamfights after the 30 minute mark unless she absolutely crushes her lane, and consequently every ad nidalee does nothing but split push top. That would be ok if it wasn't for the fact that enemy team will just group up as 5 and force a teamfight while the nidalee isn't there, bc unlike shen/tf/noc she can't just ult right to the teamfight. Perhaps I am missing something, but i feel like having an ad nidalee on your team is about as useful as roaming oracles/ward eve.

Well ad nidalee can jump in with tri force, and avout 200+ ad and 4k health and her Q alone will do 400 dmg without a crit or tri force proc so.....and that attack speed buff

400 damage late game is rather small though. And if she has 4k hp 200 ad and triforce it's probably late game or she was fed hard.

edit rather small for a melee range nuke. obv it's not chump change damage but the position she has to be in to use it seems rather poor.

Because AD Nidalee actually gets to use spells other than Human Q and E in teamfights.

Easy to win lane with AD nidalee

She doesn't do "nothing" for team fights. Don't get me wrong, she's certainly not better than a lot of people.

But she's tanky (her cougar form = free tank stats) she can soak a lot of damage and make people chase her around.

She has a semi decent atkspd heal for your carry

Her Q in cougar form is excellent at last hitting champions. Can hit for around 700+ alone, + triforce proc and such.

I too, was once in your position. Wondering why people did it, until I tried it and I realized why.

So my advice? Try it.

In my experience, she's a great Tanky Dps. Especially in cougar mode. With wriggles wriggles in top lane, I've found her to have an incredibly strong lane phase.

But the whole win lane win game thing only matters if you can actually carry the game, and as far as I can tell she cannot if built ad. Like why would one pick an ad nidalee over say.... yorick assuming both of them win the same matchup. She just seems to bring almost nothing to the table.
