It's why Caitlyn/Taric is fun - Taric stuns so you can drop a cupcake directly on them. You've now pinned them for 3 seconds.

What's scarier is if you step into her trap accidentally - then she just drops a cupcake on you. Pinned for 3 seconds again. :x

Though in the case of cupcakes, they have been nerfed.. 3 times now I think? I suspect it will be a similar situation.

Hm.. I think we nerfed them a couple times to make up for the rather large buff of having 3 simultaneous cupcakes.

Recall, on release, she only had double cupcake power. Going from double cupcake to triple cupcake power required some tweaking.

He has already been hired. But that was a horrible example of saying hard cc is not a problem on a Ranged carry, if you can manage to set a trap down everytime janna howls her gale, more power to you...otherwise it's just a defense mech no one would count in champ select as hard cc.

eh...it's going to be simply lackluster and last for a very small amount of time.

They are still in a buffed state from when she was released.

But in all honestly, I am not looking forward to the Galio, Mumu, Morgana, Varus, Sona team comps.

Actually, the reason it's relevant to the conversation is because Caitlyn's cupcakes are ideally used in a lockdown scenario when combined with other CCs. The most reliable cupcake is one that is part of a CC chain.

Which is the same reason that Sona's ultimate was problematic on an off-role for her ability - being part of a lockdown chain.
