Fair 5v5s are never a complete stomp, always close.

Impossible.

People are too variant in how they play.

Examples:

-Player may be 1700's as an AD, but 1200's jungler.
-Players may be a bad fit for each other attitude-wise (ie egging each other on, etc).
-Players CAN have good and bad games.
-Teams can be out picked at any level of play.

You can't always have close games except in very limited circumstances (tournament games), and even then there's a good amount of variance.

Elo hell ends when you find out your doing ARAM in rank

Even Competitive matches are stomps. ELO MM is doing it's job to putting players together. It doesn't calculate what you play and other external factors.
