Riot has been reducing the 'randomness' in LoL lately. What about Brand's ult?

Dodge is almost wiped out, Tryndamere now has fury, and Criticals have a new algorithm. In general, Riot has been making this game more 'dependable,' I approve.

However, Brand's ult has not been addressed. It is a constant source of 'Anti-Fun.' Ryze's Spell Flux was recently changed to prioritize other champions over Ryze and even Fiddlestick's Darkwind seeks out champions (maybe just units?) with low health. Why is Brand's ult so indiscriminate?

Why can I cast Brand's ult on two enemy champions with close proximity and have it bounce into the creep wave? Why will Brand's ult jump to unaggroed jungle mobs? Why does it seemingly value creeps and champions equally when they are not, certainly, equal? His ult needs better prioritization. I don't believe I'm wrong in saying that he's a low-tier AP carry because there is not enough reward for the difficulty of his usage; his ult is a major part of the problem.

Make his ult properly selective, please.

P.S.- Pyroclasm should really have a different blaze effect or at least an additional one. It really doesn't wow me when I watch Pyroclasm move faster through a minion wave after bouncing off a blazed champion. Make it reduce the cooldown when it hits a blazed champion, give it a slow effect (I'd be slowed if hit with a fireball), make it stackable, make it reduce damage output, make it increase damage taken by Brand, please, make it do something.

What if you have a Blazed Pyroclasm move faster and prioritize champions? That would solve the problem.

He's unreliable and a priority change would bump him up a tier.

I don't know about the other bit on tweaks to Pyroclasm, but yeah.

Brand's ult is one of the weakest ults in the game because of its unreliability and exacerbates his other problems like his weak mobility and very limited utility.

you seem to not have idea about how devastating a Champ-prioritzing Pyroclasm could be, specially, in lane, at lvl 6 fights

Even if there is a creep wave and another person near me, when he's going tfor the kill, it bounces to me 2-3 times..

How is that not prioritization?

I don't think that's the only reason he's low tier but the utter randomness of his ult certainly doesn't help...
Funny thing is you look at Fiora's ult and she's gonna hit the same target at least twice. Want to nuke down Vayne? Nope, Pyroclasm wants to hit Rammus with 4k HP and 300 MR.

You shouldn´t be using Pyroclasm near entities other than champions anyway, unless you have no other skills available and you´re sure that you´d finish your enemy with a direct hit.
