Dodge is almost wiped out, Tryndamere now has fury, and Criticals have a new algorithm. In general, Riot has been making this game more 'dependable,' I approve.
However, Brand's ult has not been addressed. It is a constant source of 'Anti-Fun.' Ryze's Spell Flux was recently changed to prioritize other champions over Ryze and even Fiddlestick's Darkwind seeks out champions (maybe just units?) with low health. Why is Brand's ult so indiscriminate?
Why can I cast Brand's ult on two enemy champions with close proximity and have it bounce into the creep wave? Why will Brand's ult jump to unaggroed jungle mobs? Why does it seemingly value creeps and champions equally when they are not, certainly, equal? His ult needs better prioritization. I don't believe I'm wrong in saying that he's a low-tier AP carry because there is not enough reward for the difficulty of his usage; his ult is a major part of the problem.
Make his ult properly selective, please.
P.S.- Pyroclasm should really have a different blaze effect or at least an additional one. It really doesn't wow me when I watch Pyroclasm move faster through a minion wave after bouncing off a blazed champion. Make it reduce the cooldown when it hits a blazed champion, give it a slow effect (I'd be slowed if hit with a fireball), make it stackable, make it reduce damage output, make it increase damage taken by Brand, please, make it do something.
