Ionia has a ton of power players (literally) - Irelia, Soraka, Shen, Varus as of yesterday, and of course Kennen! Notice how that is actually a viable team comp. To stick more to the tone of the question, I'd still pick Ionia - I like that they're guided by spirit, rather than principle (Demacia) or ambition (Noxus).

Avatar rules? Definitely fire then. Lightning all day, and not just crazy wild Azula stuff. Do it on a much smaller scale and you can disrupt your enemy's nervous system, a la Kabuto from Naruto.

Bleach: If the Quincy ability reveals were hinted at earlier in the series, I totally missed those. I really hope the Shinigami don't just suddenly forget their war with the Arrancar and join forces to fight the Vandenreich...

YES! Foxes vs Wolves is somewhat of an ongoing debate in my mind (yes, including the StarFox franchise) and the Shadow Fox earned major points for Team Foxes.
