[Game Client] Twisted Fate & Lich Bane

If you get Lich Bane as Twisted Fate, and then try to use Pick a Card, the card does not appear above your head, and you cannot choose a card accurately. I am not sure if this happens 100% of the time, but it has happened a good amount.

We believe this has to do with a larger particle issue that seems to be plaguing players. We're currently looking into this issue. Thanks for the post!
