I know a while back a bunch of names were freed up for use and I remember seeing that they said that in the future they planned to open up more. I'm really curious because I know my friends and I have our eyes on some summoner names that have been taken for a while yet the accounts are clearly inactive. For example, the account with the name I want is a level 7 and has no match history because of how long they have been inactive.

Were you guys not around when we did the first two rounds of cleansing? or was the name retaken before you could get to it?

Both are problems, but they need different solutions.
