Moon based champion!

The two themes that are consistently related to the moon are lycanthropes--we already have a werewolf (Warwick) . . . maybe something that transforms? But how would we make it different from Nidalee? The other theme that springs to mind are huntress-archers, a la Artemis/Selene. I'd say there was room for another archer, but since Varus was just released that doesn't seem likely. . .

Other moon tie-ins.
Madness? Mundo. Moon-do. Teehee. That would be a great skin. Rocket-man Moondo.

Menstration? Probably not the fit for Lol, mechanics wise. Loony, the PMS avenger! Only playable three days a month!

Month? Hard for me to see . . .

Tides? Just did nautilus . . .
