First sentence:
"Ich habe mir letzte Woche ein Bein gebrochen." (That's how we'd say it, yours kinda works too but sounds a bit weird)

Second:
"Wir gingen letzten Sommer in Spanien wandern." or "Letzten Sommer sind wir in Spanien wandern gegangen."

Third one is perfect.

Your main problem is the words are out of order. Its not a direct translation; germans put their words in funny order.

So many word order mistakes in this thread :P

1. sentence: Letzte Woche habe ich mir mein Bein gebrochen.
2. sentence: Im Sommer sind wir in Spanien wandern gegangen.
3. sentence is alright.

Ich brach mir mein Bein letzte Woche - now, this is the "correct" translation, since broke is past tense and you'd just go with "brach"... but no German would say it that way. We would say: "Ich habe mir letzte Woche mein Bein gebrochen" - it depends on how exact your teacher is. I highly prefer the later translation.

Wir gingen wandern in Spanien im Sommer - first, wandern hast to be lower case as it is a verb and not a noun... secondly, it's a weird sentence, since most people would say "Letzen Sommer sind wir in Spanien wandern gegangen" - meaning, we would add "which summer" (letzten, 2 years ago etc.) and turn it into "sind gegangen, rather than gingen"... now, in this case I'd use "Wir sind im Sommer in Spanien wandern gegangen"

And the last sentence is perfect... good job. Hope that helps.
