Tried Varus on Dominion, it just sucks

Lots of champs wreck face with a good naut or alistar, how is he better? He has less burst/dmg

He's very good at protecting and harassing a point. Also his ult is pretty good cc. He has his utility like most AD carries, its just a matter of which kind you like, you're seeing varus a lot since hes still new.

He's not full buzzsaw like a Kogmaw or Vayne, but he brings solid DPS, can mop up extremely well with his passive, and also can protect and harass points well. I would take him over Cait, Sivir, Ashe, Tristana, or maybe Graves any day.
