With her passive getting nerfed, once again, I'm worried she won't be viable above 1200 Elo. Opinions?

Her passive isn't what makes her strong in 3s, as the laning phase is unusually short in 3s.

Her strong CC and inability to be countered by CC is what makes her strong.
