Ignite: Does it have a cast time?
I have Ignite on smartcast, and in a non-crowded situation, I can just press it with my mouse over a target and it works fine. When in battle however, I want to ignite them and run. I press my Ignite key with my mouse on them, then quickly run away. (I know this works, because I've done this with Parrrley many times with 100% success). Occasionally though, I notice my Ignite was not cast, depriving me a First Blood or at least an easy kill.
So, does Ignite have a cast time that can be interrupted?

Ashe: I've noticed some new artwork, I haven't installed any skins for her so I know it's not just me. My question is, does Ashe have a new in-game sprite? I may buy her just to see the artwork.

Doesn't have a cast time but has a cast range of 600.

Additionally, the game has a limit to how many actions you can do in a quarter second or something like that. If you try to do too much at once, it just won't do the rest of your actions.

sometimes things dont register because you might not have gotten into the range of the spell,and yes,ashe did get a visual upgrade.

On the side note: can we get a different status bar icon for the Hawkshot Passive? Its currently Teemo Mushrooms. How about just changing the icon to the picture of hawkshot?
