The tribunal is merely a way for soft toned people to hide behind League of legends "Skirt" so to speak. While the game should be played with some manner of civility. Players being judges over unruly players is completely bogus. We as players do not have the capacity to fully understand why people misbehave for example. A player might misbehave and overreact because. 1) His team may not be working as a team on team fights. 2) A player might do something less than desirable. Summoners I feel don't see the whole picture in the tribunal and they don't want to understand why some overreact they just click click click. I think having a team at riot only deciding who gets judged and who doesn't is better.

No, we review cases with multiple people. Also, my main job and Pendragon's main job is not to review cases. I design features as a lead of Team Player Behavior & Justice and Pendragon is Director of the entire Community team.

Think about it this way: How many VPs or CEOs of large corporations sit down with the end-customer and do a few tasks a day with them?

Great work on this system. One improvement that could boost the tribunal popularity is to incorporate it in the game launcher.

XD i got some advice for you. TAKE OUT THE TRIBUNAL, and only worry about 4v5s and or ranked que trolls, tribunal isnt solving anything. There will always be trolls and there will always be players who just wont cooperate. Why make something worse when you can just leave it the way it has been for years!!!!!! jesus christ

I love Pendragon's personal approach but there's still a lot to fix community wise. I personally think the extra credits team, specifically their video on harassment can be of great use in this situation.

Just the fact that they are even looking at the system means they are putting in work, To the guys who said blizzard does delivers on customer service, go back and play starcraft one, tell me at what time of the day there arent hackers on there trying to mess up everyone.

man you got ban 9 time? my brother got ban for 3 time and then the perm-ban hammer was apply and all 3 time it was for raging at other people, not even a serious offense lol

I'm a sceptic of the system.

Apparently I can be banned every almost every 4 weeks like clock work then. Then after the first big stink about tribunal was made I stopped being banned (when they released the initial Tirbunal stats and did that over-supporting thing Riot does where they over-defend their decisions to the point of where it's almost obscene/offensive... like seriously am I the only one who remembers how vehemently they supported the status quo back then and how they insisted no additional check were needed for the 90% punishment rate, but now we find they're checking the cases regularly? >.>?).

Then got banned because I was learning to play Evelynn in March and got reported for Trolling coupled with my defensive reactions I guess it necessitated the ban. Now Evelynn is my Main I no longer suck with her and subsequently haven't been banned since.

I guess I just magically started acting right In January.
