[PVP.Net] Stacking of summoner spells

Description
Once you change your summoner spell (from the waiting screen)
the spells stack

Steps to reproduce

1.Join a game
2. At the character select screen, change your summoner spells
3. Goto the skin select screen
4. Stacks stuff
