Stuck at 33% and need advice

I've tried reinstalling the game completely, restarting launcher, repaired over 5 times, been trying to patch for 3-4 hours now..

Stuck at 33% and it is giving me error (0xc1e90006)..

If any wizzes are out there to help please do so, I'd like to get back to my league..
