Should have clarified: fastest growing in terms of players, not income or viewership. In terms of audience, MMA is growing like crazy.

I got involved with tournament organizing as an ITG player. I felt like I had some good ideas to make tournament flow better, both in terms of format and day-of logistics, so I decided to start doing them myself. Turns out I was pretty good at it (and I liked doing it a whole lot), so I did it for a long time! The scene was entirely community-driven - there was nearly no official support from the game creators, so I ran forums, designed content, and drove the entire party bus. I found lots of ways to apply that skill - lots of competitive hobbies, and lots of smaller jobs where I got to run leagues and tournaments. Then I got super hooked on LoL, Riot opened the position, and everything fell into place. Feels good, man.

I understand on both accounts completely; though to be honest... Since you play dancing games I'm not sure why I had you listen to a not-really-dance-song. Since I'm obsessed with music I'm going to link you to a few more songs which are part of a genre called "Electro-Swing", a mixture of modern house/techno with the old swing sound of the 1920's, which Caravan Palace and Parov Stelar do quite well.

Yo Tiza! I just read almost this entire thread and you seem like a pretty kick-ass dude. I'd love to play with you sometime even though I'd probably suck. Kudos to Riot for making it so easy for the community to interact with and get to know its employees.

I played a version of ITG before. I was alright, but there was one song that was ridiculously hard. It was called pandemonium I think. How well do you do on that song?
