So what's the reasoning in Parrrley not being able to target towers?

TF can do it
ranged characters can do it

whats so freaking scary about pirate parleying a tower?
he's not pre-nerf alistar, with his 80% increased tower damage

He has his E. He doesn't need his Q to be able to target towers.

Sad thing is
GP didn't even have too much scaling. All he had was free AD on his E, as well as 120 bonus damage added onto an AA with his Q.

They just kept nerfing.

Have you ever tried to Parley with a Tower?

Last time I tried, it shot me in the face. I even offered cookies.

No one can use targetted spells on towers.

Why would GP get to be special?

What do on-hit effects have to do with targetted spells?
