Then what about Vladimir and Ryze? Obviously this is directed at riot, but what is your logic behind nerfing Ahri's early game due to her tankiness when there are clear targets such as Ryze and Vladimir; both considered blatantly overpowered and fundamentally broken by the pro community? I'm asking because both Champions scale upwards in damage incredibly quickly in addition to building tanky. It's not just that Ryze becomes tanky, it's that he has some of the highest DPS in the game. The same is true for vladimir. Vladimir actually has a more retarded scaling, all his abilities scale upward in addition to his passive. His E makes him hits harder per stack, his ultimate increases damage done to targets and he gets more stats per gold than any champion in the game. But it isn't just this, it's the fact that Ryze and Vladimir have no building diversity, each of them use only 1-3 stats effectively. For Ryze it's mana, and the items that contain mana make him incredibly tanky, such as Rod of Ages, Banshee's Veil, Frozen Heart. The same is true for vladimir although he has a little more stat diversity between Health, AP, and CDR.
The point I'm trying to make, is these champions have been long considered overpowered by a lot of top elo players for various reasons, but mainly their scaling. I'm not saying that the changes to Ahri weren't necessary or bad, but based on the reasoning behind them, why have Vladimir and ryze not been adjusted accordingly also?
