It depends what you mean by "out class." I agree with Cass having higher skill cap. In lane and brief skirmishes, Cass is definitely better. Very high bases and kite ability.

But in team fights? A highly skilled Kennen will beat a highly skilled Cass any day. Cass's hard cc is conditional and she is very susceptible to characters with dash and hard cc (such as Riven or Panth). Kennen's ult is not as conditional and his damage and cc persists even if he is stunned. That's provided you get the ult off.

In any case, both good choices.

But Heimerdinger is actually not too bad, if you can play him and have a good team

His turrets just shred armor in team fights, and his Conc Grenade is ridiculous if you can land skillshots. It's a 3 second blind, or a 1.5 second stun on direct hit.

Just remember, you need a good team. I usually go with these two other guys. J4 tanking and Jax DPSing.

cass is very very good 3v3 havent tried kennan , im still finding good ap champs to play 3v3 but gonna try kennan next

Kennen relys on energy instead of mana. This is helpful in lane, and once you have a revolver you will never have to leave provided you don't get pwned.
