Riot stated in another thread that dodging ranked will no longer lose you elo, instead there will be "another form of discouragement" that has not be revealed yet.

This will be changed in the next patch.
Did you share what will be the fix? Curious how you even go about fixing that cause (tbh) I'm not sure how without removing the elo loss penalty which is prolly one thing keeping people from dodging who are trying to raise the rankings.

almost all 1500, and i have 3 people with less then 80 wins, dc lux, support no wards, cant carry 2 trolls and 1 dc to much
0 control dragon or nashor, only waste time to help other lanes and flame varus epic

That would be nice... played a ranked last night and there was about 150 ELO difference between our first and last pick duo queues. Sadly, they both blew, and we got stomped.

again duo in enemy team, but again good duo, i have dc alistar, why i cant have this duo ?
